As part of the ENTAIL Study Visit in Skopje, project partners continued their programme with two important company visits focused on dual education and cooperation between vocational education and industry.

During the visits, participants explored successful examples of dual education practices in both the automotive sector and the electrical and manufacturing industry. These visits provided valuable insights into how strong partnerships between VET institutions and companies can enhance practical learning opportunities, increase labour market relevance, and better prepare students for future employment.

Partners had the opportunity to learn about industry needs, workplace-based learning approaches, and effective models of collaboration that support the development of technical, entrepreneurial, and digital skills among learners.

Through the ENTAIL Project, partners remain committed to strengthening entrepreneurship, digital learning, and industry cooperation within VET systems in Albania and Kosovo, contributing to more innovative and responsive vocational education ecosystems.

Highlights from Day 3 demonstrated the crucial role of industry engagement in ensuring high-quality and future-oriented vocational education and training.
